is a member of Whiting family, has white meat and very delicious. As it does
not have a strong smell and as it has a very
high amount of proteins, it is preferred to be the leading raw material of
processed sea foods. In addition to have big
amount of proteins it also contains very beneficial minerals like calcium,
selenium and sodium.
