GENERAL INFORMATION

Herring which is caught in clean waters of Atlantic Ocean is boned and prepared into fillets immediately after being caught and frozen without loosing any time. The only difference with our Herring Flap product is, this one is not cut with butterfly shape but processed as fillets. As it is processed immediately without loosing any time, it protects its freshness for a long time.

Cooking suggestions: Baken in oven, pan fried or grilled highly recommended
